  • Be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags
  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

3. Return Period

3.1 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Such issues must be reported the same day of the date of delivery.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

5.2 If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • As store credit, based on customer preference

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5.4 Refund processing times may vary and typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Exchanges

6.1 Eligible products may be exchanged within the applicable return period stated in Clause 3.

6.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, Modest Gift reserves the right to issue a refund.
